• Stepped seating adjacent Market Cross Pavilion
• Raised bed planters with integral seating to provide spill-out space for Market Days, set back to ensure existing usable market space retained
• It is noted within this location that the stepped seating can be implemented independently of the raised planters and vice versa, therefore one part of the scheme may be prioritised over the other if required
• Existing Market Cross tree retained
